COVID-19 RESPONSE

The Next Level Monkey Business team are back in the swing of things and we can’t wait to welcome you!

Rest assured we will be operating within the Health Department’s COVID-19 recommendations to protect all our staff and visitors.

What makes us a safe place to visit?

Exploring nature through the trees, one climber at a time, in the fresh country air is what we are all about! As always, your safety is our number one priority.

• Our facilities are cleaned, and hygiene checks completed frequently throughout each day
• Hand sanitizer stations are located at the beginning of each course and around the park
• Climber equipment is sanitized before and after each use
• All our staff have had COVID specific hygiene training

What we ask of you:

• Pre-book online to ensure you have a place
• Respect the social distancing of staff and other customers when you visit
• Have an amazing time!

The health, safety and well-being of our guests and employees have always been paramount at NEXT LEVEL MONKEY BUSINESS and now, especially during these uncertain and worrying times, we want to assure you that as a low-risk outdoor activity with guests spread out over courses and platforms our risk exposure is generally low in comparison to indoor activities.

A major change we have made in response to concerns is that instead of three climbers on each platform and element, we are enforcing a one person per platform and one person per element rule throughout the park.

In addition to our existing thorough and comprehensive cleaning and maintenance schedule we will be introducing further precautionary measures which include the following:

• Display signage at entry for climbers who have been feeling unwell to remind them to stay away, and for those who have travelled internationally to stay away until their quarantine period is over
• Encourage climbers to book and pay online where possible
• All climbers will be required to sanitize/wash hands-on entry to our park
• All harnesses, helmets and shared equipment will be sanitised between individual use
• We will keep up to date with current recommendations and follow government directives as they come to hand

We have gift vouchers available for sale which can be brought online for use any time in the next 3 years!
