Things to know before you book:
Do we need to book? YES
While it is possible to walk in and purchase tickets onsite, it is important to be aware that we have a maximum capacity of climbers for each session time. To avoid disappointment, we strongly advise to book online ahead for your planned visit.
Do I need to sign a waiver? YES
All participants must have a current waiver. It is time consuming so we recommend signing your online waiver before you arrive.

Who can climb?
Minimum age for participation is 4 years old. Our oldest climber to date was 74 years old. We welcome all ages in between.
We have a cubby and sandpit for little visitors to play in and ample seating for spectators.
The maximum weight for all climbers is 110kg.
Do adults need to climb with children?
If children are 4/5/6 years old then YES they must have an accompanying adult climbing with them at all times.
Climbers aged 7 years old + can safely climb independently.

A day our family won’t forget!
Today my family and extended family visited your venue and I was very anxious about taking my 16 year old, non verbal special needs son along to join in but I’m so glad I did.
He hates heights and waiting in lines and often other people aren’t very understanding with him, hence my anxiety.
From the moment we checked in I mentioned his disability and without even repeating myself you made your staff aware he may need extra support. Every single staff member we came across were so wonderful when communicating with him and supporting us in those tricky moments. What may seem as just being kind/supportive to most is actually quite rare from our own past experiences and was a beautiful experience to us, our family and many other families with special needs kids. It meant we were able to visit a venue as a family and have the best day ever together and believe me when I say we don’t actually remember the last time we were able to do this. We didn’t have to have an escape plan if he got overwhelmed and we didn’t even once feel like we weren’t welcome or he was too difficult to accommodate.
A special mention to the two young boys who assisted us the most. I wish I got their names (one with blonde dreads and another working close by with a wonderful ‘Justin Bieber’ type hair style… I mean that in the kindest way) Those young men spoke to him like any other person, they supported him so calmly which made me feel supported, they assisted as needed with the most wonderful attitude and humour.
So again, thankyou all for making our entire family have an amazing day and me as a mum, able to spend the day with all my boys (and not leave in tears like I have so often before).
It’s a day we won’t forget.

We arrived early but were welcomed. Your staff were amazing with our young kids. Especially the young bloke who joined when you started and said he’s been there 5 years. He’s incredible with kids and made the whole experience one we we’ll cherish forever.

A big heartfelt thank you to Ronin and the team today, for being so understanding and kind. My 9 year old son is recovering after almost 2 years of treatment for stage 4 brain cancer and now has an acquired brain injury so can get fatigued very quickly and struggle to process what is going on around him. He has had to learn how to walk and move again and today his first visit to Next Level Monkey Business. Prior to being diagnosed he loved climbing and had no fear.
Your team were so supportive and helpful including a rescue when he hit a physical and mental wall and got stuck. They made it easy for him to understand how to navigate the course and were all so competent, friendly and confident.

Wow! What a great experience!
My son and daughter had a great time today @nextlevelmonkeybiz .They were both challenged and it was great for their self esteem.
Thank you to the young man who took us through the rules and safety information. He was fun and explained it well.
The young girls putting on our harnesses were good too.
I also went on the course~40 yo Mum :).
I had a great time and was also challenged and it was good for my self esteem too! I decided last minute to give it a go- the lovely lady at the front desk was encouraging and booked me in. Any time I felt unsure while on the course- I asked a staff member that was close by and they helped me by giving me advice on how to approach the obstacle. I took risks I wouldn’t usually take but because I felt safe I kept going. Thank you so much for a great afternoon that we’ll always remember!
To keep both my kids happy in an activity at this age is a big success.

What a fantastic challenge and stress release!
Lovely- and funny!- staff, well thought out and planned courses for different ages and abilities with safety as a first priority but a good time as a close second. I monkeyed up, over and through levels green, , orange, yellow and blue. Zipped through the huge zip line course too. Was it a challenge? Yes. Was I thrilled to find I could do it? You bet. Was it incredible seeing children from 4 and up AND their parents absolutely crush it? Oh wow yes. An absolutely amazing place that I will be visiting again and again. Our family visited NLMB for the first time and I was so impressed by your facilities and catering to children and even up to adults – it’s rare to find a venue that offers suitable aged options for all levels of abilities. I love the nature-based atmosphere, the focus on safety and the space to allow adult supervision from the platform or around the obstacle course. I also like the high-quality equipment, it looks and feels like a professional setup and having a staggered booking to cap numbers is definitely the right way to go.
NLMB is a place we would like to visit again especially as our daughter grows and is able to navigate the different options.

We visited Monkey Business on Monday 25/01/21 with our two sons, aged 5 and 11. It is our second visit with our boys, having visited in Jan 2020 too.
On both occasions, I have been incredibly impressed with the friendly, patient and competent staff. From check-in to being fitted, to the staff out on the course, the interaction between the staff and the children has been outstanding.
One of our sons is risk-averse and suffers anxiety. With the help, guidance and encouragement from the staff, he conquered the high ropes course this year. We were super proud! Although he stumbled at one point in the course, the young staff were quick to guide and encourage him to continue on. I love the fact that your staff empower the individual to problem solve and believe in themself, rather than rushing to their rescue.
We holiday every January in Dunsborough (from Perth). Our boys are already talking about their next trip to Monkey Business. We will have no hesitation in taking them back and spreading the word to those who have yet to experience this fantastic activity.
