BOOKING ALTERATIONS Any alterations to your booking must be received by close of business (5PM) on the day prior to your booking (7 days prior for groups of 10+ climbers.)

Should you be unable to attend your booked session, or there are ANY issues with your booking requiring alterations, and we ARE notified at the latest by close of business on the day PRIOR to your booking, a Gift Voucher will be provided.
Should we NOT be notified by close of business (5PM) the previous day your ticket will be forfeited.
No same-day booking alterations. No refunds for late arrivals.
Refunds will not be given if participants arrive in inappropriate footwear (enclosed shoes are required).
Refunds will not be given if participants do not meet the age (minimum age 4 years old), safety guidelines (including accompanying adult ratio) or weight restrictions (maximum weight is 110kgs).
WAIVER
A signed waiver MUST be completed for each participant. Maximum weight 110kgs.
ARRIVAL TIMES
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time to give your group the full benefit of the 2 hour session. We are unable to extend session times or issue refunds due to late arrivals.
WHAT TO WEAR
Closed in shoes (e.g. sneakers) are required to be worn at all times, no open toe footwear including thongs, sandals or slip-off shoes are allowed.
Long hair MUST be tied up (hair lackies available at the front desk) and helmets MUST be worn (even over religious headwear) whilst participating on the course.
All pockets must be empty prior to participation – including phones, keys, and wallets.
PETS
No pets are allowed.
FIRE RISKS
Due to the high fire risk of our park, we have a NO SMOKING policy onsite.
INJURIES
We recommend people with pre-existing injuries or heart conditions do not participate. If you are pregnant, unfortunately you cannot participate. Please speak to our MANAGER if you have any medical concerns.
ACCESSIBILITY
Next Level Monkey Business prides ourselves on being accessible to people with a range of physical, sensory and mental abilities. Please contact us in advance so we can tailor a plan to meet your individual needs and abilities. Please note: For everyone’s safety and due to the nature of the activities, all participants are required to be independently mobile, without the use of physical assistance or mobility aids.
CUSTOMER BEHAVIOUR
Next Level Monkey Business reserves the right to refuse admission or to remove an individual from site for (but is not limited to): Non-compliance to safety rules and instructions, disrespectful or inappropriate behaviour or appearing to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. No refunds will be payable by Next Level Monkey Business in the event of misconduct.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers are valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase. They are non-refundable, non-transferable for cash, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost, stolen or damaged gift vouchers will not be replaced.
Please note that after three years of operations we have implemented our first small price increase. If you hold a gift voucher issued prior to our price increase you will be required to pay the difference between the current price and what you purchased the gift voucher for when it is redeemed.
