Booking Information
Do I need to book?
Bookings are essential to guarantee entry into the park for your preferred date and time.
We encourage you to book online in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can try your luck and pop into our front desk to book, but we cannot guarantee availability at the time you want unless you pre-book online.
You can book online by clicking the “Book” button in the top-right corner (it’s quick and easy!), or alternatively you can contact us on (08) 9717 6670.
When you have a booking in place it is important you aim to arrive 15 minutes before your booking time.
If you are running late please call us on (08) 9717 6670 to avoid missing out on your adventure.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes. Everyone participating on the course will need to sign a waiver before they begin. You can do this when you book online and the signed waiver will be sent to our booking system and be ready for when you arrive, or alternatively, you will need to complete the waiver at our check-in at the park. All waivers are valid for 24 months.
If you’re booking a large group for a birthday party or corporate event then each participant will need to complete a waiver before beginning the course.

Amendments & Cancellations
We understand that things happen: kids get sick and unexpected things occur, so if this happens to you, please contact us.
Any ticket alterations to your booking must be received by close of business (5 PM) on the day prior to your booking.

A Gift Card can be provided if you are unable to attend your booked session.
In the event of Covid-19 lockdown or illness preventing customers from attending Next Level Monkey Biz on the date and session time you have purchased, please email us by close of business (5 PM) the day before your scheduled visit so that we can issue an electronic Giftcard for a future visit.

Gift cards cannot be issued on the same day as your booked session – No exceptions. Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of issue and can ONLY be issued if we are notified in writing by close of business (5 PM) on the day prior to your booking.
No same-day refunds. No refunds for late arrivals.
Can I reschedule my booking if it's raining on the day of my visit?
The park is open in all weather conditions including when rain is forecast. If you would like to reschedule your booking due to an unfavourable weather forecast, you must contact us by 5PM the day before your booking.
