Do we need to book? YES
While it is possible to walk in and purchase tickets onsite, it is important to be aware that we have a maximum capacity of climbers for each session time.
To avoid disappointment, we strongly advise to book online ahead for your planned visit.
Do I need to sign a waiver? YES
All participants must have a current waiver. It is time consuming so we recommend signing your online waiver before you arrive.

Who can climb? 4 -74 year olds
Minimum age for participation is 4 years old. Our oldest climber to date was 74 years old. We welcome all ages in between.
We have a cubby and sandpit for little visitors to play in and ample seating for spectators.
The maximum weight for all climbers is 110kg.
Do adults need to climb with children? Depends on age.
If children are 4/5/6 years old then YES they must have an accompanying adult climbing with them at all times.
Climbers aged 7 years old + can safely climb independently.
What if I need to change my ticket?
Any ticket alterations to your booking must be received by close of business (5 pm) on the day prior to your booking. Should you be unable to attend your booked session and we ARE notified at the latest by close of business on the day prior to your booking a Gift Voucher will be provided.
No same-day refunds. No refunds for late arrivals.
Refunds will not be given if participants arrive in inappropriate footwear (enclosed shoes are required).
Refunds will not be given if participants do not meet the age (minimum age 4 years old) or weight restrictions (Maximum weight is 110kgs).
Can spectators watch me climb from the ground? YES
Spectators are more than welcome to follow you from the ground as you progress through the activities.
There are pathways throughout the park, as well as picnic areas, so everyone is welcome.
There is no charge for spectators.
What should I wear? Enclosed Shoes.
We recommend that you wear comfortable clothing suited to exercise in the outdoors.
Closed in shoes (e.g. sneakers) are required, no open toe footwear including thongs, sandals or slip off shoes are allowed.
We do not recommend wearing short shorts or having an exposed midriff as this can be uncomfortable when wearing a harness.
Hair shoulder length or longer must be tied up to minimise the risk of it becoming caught and so that a helmet can be worn comfortably.
A helmet must also be able to be fitted over any religious headwear.
Please dress appropriately for the forecasted weather conditions, a light waterproof jacket is recommended when rain is forecast.
There are no changing room facilities at the park so please ensure you arrive appropriately dressed.
All the necessary safety equipment is provided by Next Level Monkey Business, please do not bring your own gear.
Is there a Surcharge on Public Holidays? YES
Yes. A 15% surcharge applies on public holidays.
Is it safe to climb in the rain?
Next Level Monkey Business assesses the weather on a daily basis.
It is safe to climb in the rain.
If we have any concerns about extreme weather conditions, we will close the park.
All bookings will be given a GIFT VOUCHER to be used on an alternative date.
Is there a time limit?
Participants will have 2 hours to spend monkeying around.
All visitors need to conclude their adventure in time for our end of day closing time
Can I climb if I’m pregnant? NO
Unfortunately, due to safety risks anyone who is pregnant is unable to participate.

Please contact us in advance so we can tailor a plan to meet your individual needs and abilities.
Please note: For everyones safety and due to the nature of the activities, all participants are required to be independently mobile, without the use of physical assistance or mobility aids.
Can I get down at any time?
Yes, if at any time you encounter difficulty or feel like you can’t continue climbing, our specially trained rescue instructors are on hand to assist you and lower you to the ground if necessary.
Can we bring our dog?
No. For safety reasons pets are not allowed.
